Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)
I am married with three boys, and live near Washington DC.
Owner purchased this Condo in 2005
Why Owner chose Snowshoe
I love to ski and mountain bike, and Snowshoe is by far the best mountain in the area.

Loved our 5 day stay at Snowshoe! Great skiing! Condo at Summit was nice and spacious. Loved the deer visits in morning n late afternoon. Great views! Great location since just a short walk or quick shuttle ride to village. Expensive lodging but probably due to holidays and extra space. Would rent again
Huge Condo with Cozy Amenities
I came with my family for a long weekend. This is the largest condo we have stayed in at Snowshoe. The common area has plenty of space. The fireplace made it feel so cozy and was very easy to operate. We loved seeing the deer outside our porch every morning and the walk to the village really wasn't that bad. We did take the shuttle a few times to avoid the stairs with ski gear. We did a few issues such as finding someone's pajamas rolled up in the sheets. The kitchen appliances like the microwave and coffeemaker were a bit out of date and had some malfunctions. Overall, we loved this condo and would highly recommend it. The owner also responded very quickly when I reached out with a question.
Great spot right next to the slopes
Myself and 5 friends stayed here for a ski trip. The place was had great amenities, was spacious and right next to the slopes. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks
Great location/comfortable beds/needs updating
We spent 3 nights and truly enjoyed being within walking distance of The Village restaurants/shops/busses. The Unit was very comfortable but has original everything circa 1975. Beds were great! Owner & on-site property mgr's were very responsive. No hair dryer so bring from home if needed.
I appreciate the nice review. However, the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom have had significant renovations since we purchased the condo. See photos for more information.
Smaller condo compared to other places but we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The deer every morning was wonderful entertainment for al of us. Be advised there are steep steps to the village but you can always take the shuttle.
My friends and spent a fantastic weekend at this condo & the pictures really don't do it justice. It's very cute and much larger than it looks. The prices are reasonable, the cleaning crew does a great job, and the owner was very responsive.
There appears to be a family of deer that live in the woods behind the condo, so they made several stops by to say hi (they love apples, but if it's happy hour they are ok with some Tostito's). The back porch is the size of a small bedroom by itself that I can see being used in the summer months for grilling and watching the sun set over the mountains (perfect unobstructed view!). Fast wifi, a great sound system that you can plug your music into, TV's in every room, plenty of glasses/plates and a lovely fire place were some of my favorite features. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that the microwave took three of us about 15 minutes to figure out. But that's no fault on the condo.
I'll admit, the exorcist stairs do suck, but once you get up them you are right there at village central near the slopes, restaurants and bars. Sure you can take a bus, but you can walk just as easily. This condo is much nicer than the rooms at Mountain Lodge, Rim Fire, or Snowcrest where I've stayed before. If you can just get past those stairs, stay here and enjoy your Snowshoe vacation.
