The Space:
The main home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, a spacious gourmet kitchen and a beautiful deck overlooking the golf course with a fire table and hot tub. There is a Game Room with a bunkbed, wet bar, Foosball, sofa, TV and half bath. Located in the center of Suncadia, this home is just steps from the Winery and a short walk to multiple parks.

This property is not managed by Suncadia Resort, and guests of this property do not have access to the following amenities provided by the resort: access to the Swim and Fitness Center, access to Nelson Farm Pool, IntraResort Shuttle Service, Suncadia Resort charges a FEE for these services that our Guests do not pay.
