MAUI PARKSHORE. 2 bdrm/2 bath Condo. TWO MINUTE WALK to KAM III BEACH! This Convenient & Stylish BOHO-BEACH vibe unit includes: all new Bedding, Linens, Towels & Fresh Paint. OPEN CONCEPT Indoor/Outdoor Living. Enjoy the COMFORTABLE AND COOL ground floor location w/breezes from the front door to the Lanai w/ Peak-a- Boo Ocean views. NEW Kitchen items and Updated Decor throughout. PROVIDED BEACH GEAR: Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrellas & beach towels. **THE POOL wil be CLOSED Sept. 11-31st 2023 for resurfacing**
The space
Master bedroom includes: a king size bed w/ attached bathroom, dresser and nightstands.
Second bedroom includes: two XL twin beds comfortable for adults and children, dresser and nightstand. TV w/fire stick.

Living area includes a new sofa sleeper w/a queen size mattress, comfortable for two. TV, Cable and WIFI and an Amazon fire stick.

Fully stocked kitchen and storage closet with stackable washer and dryer. Vacuum, broom and Swiffer mop. Dining table w/seating for 4.

Extra Large Lanai with table and 4 chairs, lounge chair and storage bin for Beach essentials: 4 Tommy Bahama chairs, 2 boogie boards, snorkel gear and umbrellas.

Hall closet with extra linens, towels and beach towels. Extra blankets and pillows in second bedroom closet.

No AC. We do provide several fans to keep cool and ceiling fans. The ground floor location keeps quite comfortable.

Access the unit from the front door with keyless entry. Keys in lockbox.
Other things to note
The grounds of Maui Parkshore are very well maintained and include a beautiful tiled pool w/lounge chairs, shower and bathrooms. A common grassy area with BBQ's, seating and shuffleboard.
This condo is located in an area with some street noise, throughout the day.
Please take note that the pool has very strict rules. They do not allow any flotation devices (besides life jackets) no cannonballs, roughhousing or diving. The property manager will enforce this.
We recently installed an Air Conditioner in the main living area and we provide plenty of fans for comfort throughout the condo. There is a nice breeze that comes through the ground floor location if you prefer no AC.

Maui ‘24

Host was extremely accommodating to certain needs for my father with great communication. Let us know prior to arrival about yearly HOA maintenance and other items! Beautiful place right across the street from a great beach and the tenants of the property were considerate! Would absolutely recommend and book again!

Great base for exploring Maui

Terrific location, comfortable and functional. We are a family of 4 exploring Maui, out most days from early in the morning, so this was a great base for us from which to bounce around the island. The beach and sunsets over the road were lovely to come home to and a good variety of restaurants within easy walking distance.

My husband and I LOVE Maui and try and spend as much time as we can there. Our home base is Washington State and our goal is to be full-time Hawaii residents in the next couple of years. We have 4 kids and 2 dogs and Love the ocean!! We love that other people can come enjoy our condo when we cannot.

Great Beaches, Restaurants and Kihei is almost always warm! And we are right across from the beach!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is in an older, unique and well maintained smaller complex. Our unit is on the ground floor which makes for very easy access especially with kids and beach gear! Being on the ground floor also keeps the unit much cooler than the higher units. We are directly across from the beach, about a 2 min walk. PERFECT LOCATION!
