About this property

Private bedroom suite with ensuite full private bathroom within a quaint three bedroom Cape Cod conveniently located on a quiet wooded acre near Sag Harbor Village (4 miles) and East Hampton Village (3 miles). Bay and Ocean beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, movie theater, galleries, and other nearby amenities. Room for 3 persons with private entrance and a high end Murphy bed. Full private bathroom. There's an extra twin bed in the loft area so there's room for 3 persons! Also our small heated plunge pool is finished and ready for use. A new poolhouse is ready too, with a large outdoor shower for guests use.
Adults only in the pool.

Perfect location and easy going owner

My daughter and I had an amazing experience renting Adam's place. From the moment we arrived, Adam's helpful and easy going nature made us feel right at home. The location of the house was absolutely perfect for our time in the Hamptons, meeting all our needs and enhancing our overall experience.
