Welcome to Sunrise Vista! Relax in our peaceful, secluded cabin 4400' high up in Boone with incredible long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Here you will feel like you are miles away but only a 7 minute drive to downtown Boone and a short drive to all that the High Country has to offer. Sip your coffee on the porch with the morning sunrise, relax by the fire pit overlooking the mountains or enjoy the entertainment of the game room.
Climbing stairs is required inside the cabin to get to the main living areas.
Other things to note
A 4-wheel drive/AWD is recommended all year to reach the cabin. From November to March, expect winter conditions of snow, sleet or mud and a 4-wheel drive/AWD vehicle will be necessary to get up to the community and particularly the cabin driveway and you may need snow chains as well. Every effort is made to clear the snow from the roads and the driveway in the community but may not be done at the time of arrival or depatrue. No refunds are given for weather-related issues. There is parking at the bottom end of the driveway if you prefer to walk up, which is approximately 75 feet uphill.

Fantastic place to stay!

Thank you for a great stay! So comfortable and clean, this cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Such a pretty location, the views were fantastic! Everything was clean as a whistle. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the snow with the grandkids. Cabin was cozy with just the right amount of Christmas decorations to make it feel like home away from home. Cabin had all that we needed and was clean which is very important to me.

Beautiful Cabin

This place was simply amazing! Pictures do not give this cabin or the views justice! Extremely clean and cabin had every essential thing we needed! Robert was extremely easy to work with and always responsive! Will definitely be staying here again in near future!

Great views!

Me and my two friends stayed here recently and everything was very clean. I loved there were 3 full bathrooms one on each level. The kitchen was well stocked and had coffee and tea bags. The bedrooms were comfortable. The driveway was veryyyyy steep as they caution but we had no issues in a 4 door sedan. I really appreciated the EV charger as finding one in town available was difficult. Thanks for letting us stay!
