Anchor Down is a canal home in the Sea Isle Subdivision. With an open-concept living area, kitchen, and dining space, it comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. The ground level features a tiki bar, outdoor shower, and a convenient half bath. The home offers canal and bay views. The main living area boasts ample seating and a large flat-screen TV. The spacious kitchen includes modern appliances and a long peninsula. Two walk-out decks provide views of the canal, bay, and stunning sunsets.
Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas
Beach access: Less than a 3 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.
Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
