Stepping into our 3-bedroom 1.5 bath pool home, you're greeted with an inviting, bright home that gives off beachy vibes with its beautiful decor and gorgeous backyard. Enjoy this beachy style home, 10 minutes to local beaches, 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg and just minutes from many restaurants & other attractions, making our home very centrally located to truly get the St. Pete experience.
Our pool home is just a short distance from St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach and John's Pass. It is also just minutes from many restaurants, a shopping mall and other local amenities. You can get to downtown St. Petersburg in 15 minutes, This chic, typical Floridian home was recently completely renovated and features an open floor plan. There are three bedrooms- master bedroom with queen size bed and on-suite half bath, a second bedroom with a king size bed, and the third bedroom with two single/twin beds. There’s also a separate family bathroom with bath and shower.
Our house comes with a fast speed WiFi throughout, making it easy to work remotely, or for a family with lots of devices! We have a designated workspace in one of the bedrooms with a desk that overlooks the pool area. ...If you have to work during your stay, at least you have a nice view!

Inside our newly renovated family home, you'll have all the comforts you are used to, both TV's have Hulu and Netflix.

The kitchen comes fully equipped (including that important coffee maker), and the home has everything you'll need such as towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The house also has a washer and dryer room.

Whilst we are pet friendly, you must inform us at the time of booking of any accompanying pets - we charge a small pet fee, and ask that pets are cleaned up after, as we have a weekly lawn service. If the pets aren't cleaned up after there will be an extra cleaning charge. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and due to our insurance, cannot accept the following breeds: Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, German Shephard, Pit Bull and Rottweiler.

Warm sunshine and calm winds make the perfect conditions to explore the variety of excursions in the St. Pete/Clearwater area. Close to the property are some fantastic beaches, biking trails, parks, kayaking adventures, fishing spots and waterways. There's plenty to keep you entertained while you stay with us in St Pete. We are local and are happy to offer up some recommendations for you if you'd like or help with suggestions on where to go and arrange what you need for a day out.

ABOUT ST PETE:

BEACHES: Fort De Soto, St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Clearwater etc. are all a short drive away (10 mins approx). We're spoilt for choice when it comes to award-winning beaches!

RECREATIONAL: Weedon Island is a Nature Preserve filled with scenic boardwalks and mangrove trails for kayaking and paddleboarding, it makes a great day out for those of us who love an adventure! (20 min drive away) As well as a seemingly endless amount of watersports on our doorstep, there's also the Pinellas Bike Trail. One of Florida's most popular and unique urban pathways, the Pinellas Trail Stretches from St Pete north to Tarpon Springs. The route connects several county parks, coastal areas and runs through a list of destinations, including Dunedin and Clearwater. *Dunedin is a must see!


FOOD - Tampa Bay has some of the best cuisines in the country and is the ideal location for foodies. The list is almost endless! Ask us for our favorite local spots!

SPORTS - Bucs, Rays, Bolts, Rowdies and Bulls - Whether you visit Tropicana Field (Just 15 mins away) or head across the Bridge to Tampa (30 mins away) you're in striking distance to tons of pro and college sports. Whether you root for or against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Tampa) in football, The Tampa Bay Rays (Downtown St Pete) baseball, The Tampa Bay Rowdies (Downtown St Pete) soccer or USF Bulls in any sport, there's no shortage of Sports Entertainment. 


BREWERIES - St Pete has become known for it's thriving microbrewery scene. Head to 3 Daughters which boasts a family-friendly environment, with games and a stage for local music acts. 


NIGHTLIFE - Central Ave is the Hub of Nightlife in St Pete and is also a beautiful spot to spend the afternoon outside watching the world go by. Along the strip there are craft cocktail joints, dive bars, clubs and speakeasies.
