great property

My wife dealt with the owner, Margarita, and was greatly impressed. The property is exactly as advertised. It is very well situated on a main roadway within easy walking distances to the new large mall, cinema, casino, restaurants, bars, and a real grocery store. The views from the condo and the rooftop pool are spectacular. 24 hr. security and room safe. Condo has everything you need and is new and spotless.......a very good place to stay.....

Wonderful Place!! Outstanding View!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in late March. What a wonderful place! The view from the condo is outstanding! My husband and I enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony, and spent many evenings outside. The condo is very modern and so clean! The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the large bathroom and walk in closed. Margarita did so much for us to make our stay so comfortable. She was there when we had questions, or needed advice. I had forgotten my camera charger at the condo when we left. She kept it for me and we met her on the way back to the airport a week later. She is truly wonderful, and cares about her guests. The location is also perfect. The large shopping mall is a quick 5 minute walk away, as well as many restaurants/bars. We had a great time, and will definitely stay at Margarita's condo when we go back to Panama City! You cannot go wrong at all with this rental, it is perfect in every way!

Perfectly maintained modern apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay at this great apartment. Conveniently located on Balboa Avenue so i walked most places, including a daily 30-40 minute walk along the causeway to Casco Viejo (Old City). Polite and helpful security staff (Hola Esteban!!) and beautiful view of the Bay and entire cityscape. Margarita even arranged for an airport pickup for me which eased some concerns as it was my first visit to the country and my flight arrived at 2:30am. I will most definately be a repeat customer.

Amazing flat in top location with excellent service

We spent a two weeks vacation in that flat and can only fully recommend it! FLAT: The flat is huge and really modern and newly decorated. Comfortable bed with high quality matrass. Large bathroom and walk-in closet! Wifi, TV, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, safe. And there is a cleaner etc. BUILDING: BUT, the roof terrace with pool is unseen!! Amazing, the amount of time we spent there!! Every evening, sitting there for apero, next to or in the pool and watching the boats queing for the Panama canal, is there something more romantic??? THEN the fitness area!! Next to the roof terrace! Unseen!! On the running machine or bicycle in front of a floor-deep window on the 40 something floor watching the bay and the skyscrapers!!! Incredible!! That definitively helped my performance and i ran much quicker :-) Seriously, it was a pleasure to go to work out. Machines are good quality and not that cheap crap which you fear breaks every second. Real good running machines and work-out ones. BESIDE they have pool billard etc, but we havent used those ones. LOCATION: right in the center of the city. Lots of shopping, bars, restaurants, night clubs, dentist (unfortunately we needed that - thanks to recommendation of owner) etc OWNER: First, sorry, as Germans we didnt trust the Panamanians and were so scared of what we get for the money. BUT the owner Margarita is such a lovely person. She speaks perfect English having lived there during PHD she told us. So no communication problem. She is absolutely trustful. And if a problem she is very responsive. We had two problems which were really no problems with flat but rather with my lacking technical knowledge but owner was very responsive! First on Wifi - coudlnt lock in. Called the owner and she came within an hour and fixed it - the settings of my laptop were wrong! And the second time TV didnt work. Called her and she passed immediately to fix it (misuse, my mistake but can happen, no?). Owner even adviced on trips to Boquete and Contadora and Tiger island! ADVICE: OUR friends went to other flat in the building and theirs was decorated in very old fashioned way. Be careful, obviously there are many of these old-fashioned flats in this tower as they were fitted by builder. HOWEVER, Margarita showed me her other flats and they were all beatutifully fitted. So I truely recommend booking with her as first class US & American standard flats and fantastic service from owner!! That allows you to enjoy Panama.
