Poolside lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table add even more options for outdoor living. The converted garage game room boasts endless family fun with highlights including air hockey, a pool table, a dart board, and a bistro set.

Updated sofas, an open-concept layout, and strong natural lighting set the stage for casual downtime in the living room, and a smart TV is equipped for streaming all your favorite shows or movies. The stainless steel full kitchen has everything you need to easily plan and prepare home-cooked meals.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
