Unfortunately Terri contacted me the evening before our stay but I did not speak to him until the following day. He stated that the property lost our reservation we had made a month in advance. He claimed he had found us an excellent substitute that was not any of the things he claimed, it was further from our planned Disney trip that the bonnet creek resort we booked to be close to family, it was not nicer, and far from equivalent- in fact it was a 1 bedroom where we booked a 2 bedroom, the pool was not kid friendly as we had sought out about bc. I called multiple times to see if I could rebook or get a discount because he booked us at the much cheaper Wyndham but he did not answer and did not respond to my calls or messages. Though we were grateful he found us a place at 6pm on the day of our arrival, we were overall disappointed and felt rather put out by his lack of communication. Hopefully we can resolve this soon.
