Hilltop Hideaway resides in a serene and secluded neighborhood, providing the ideal retreat for a weekend getaway or an extended stay.


RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check-in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals are allowed.

There is construction in the neighborhood. The potential for noise is very minimal and we have not had any complaints. We have adjusted prices for the construction and there will be no further refunds or discounts.
