For added convenience, the attached garage offers 1 parking space for the renters' use and is accessed adjacent to the kitchen from a short hallway that also gives access to the ski room, equipped with boot warming racks and dressing area as well as a convenient 1/2 bath. Outdoor access via sliding doors to a private patio with outdoor seating, a hot tub, and a BBQ Grill.
