Why they chose this property
Three law enforcement officers are currently living in this small neighborhood. It's quite, relaxing and only a walking disance away from multiple recreational amenities.
What makes this property unique
The great view of Le Clere lake/park and hiking path, nice large lot with plenty of room for children to play with swing and loft play house, golf course, basketball, tennis, baseball, bowling, dock fishing are only walking distance away makes this property unique.
