Head on back inside to enjoy a glass of wine in front of the electric fireplace. A perfect end to the day!
Please be respectful of your neighbours, many people call this building home. Quiet hours after 10:30 PM, no smoking of any kind in the building or on patios allowed.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We have ACCESS to guest parking however it is on a first-come basis. This is NOT guaranteed. If you are arriving with a car and guest parking is not available we recommend checking out the parking garage just behind the Era building at 750 Johnson St. Costs are very reasonable. $2/hr up to $16 daily + evenings & Sundays are free.
AirLobby:
I’ve partnered with local guest support service, AirLobby! Located on 556B Pandora Avenue, they’ve been brilliant with all of my guests in helping them make the most of their time in Victoria. They offer luggage storage, bicycle storage and are on hand should you need any advice, tips, or local information!

We understand cleaning fees often look a little daunting to guests and so we wanted to give a brief explanation of where your money goes. Local attractions / tourist hotspots:
Visit the oldest Chinatown in Canada, take a water taxi over to the ever-colourful Fisherman’s Wharf, or pop down to the harbour for a local whale watching tour - our downtown location is the key to it all! For those rainy days (which even Victoria is not completely immune from!) indoor fun can be found within easy reach. Enjoy frightful fun playing haunted mini golf, scratch your cultural itch at The Royal BC Museum, or taking a historical tour of The Legislative Assembly Building. There’s plenty to do, and options for everyone!
Parks / nature:
We all get a little tired of city living every now and again, which is why it’s so wonderful having so many parks and nature spots within easy reach. Pop over the Johnston Street Bridge to enjoy a sunset stroll along the Songhees walkway, or head over to Beacon Hill Park for some stress-free yoga. On summer evenings grab a picnic blanket and take in a live music concert from within the park! For the more active among us, make sure to take a cycling trip down the Galloping Goose Trail or rent a paddleboard and work your way up the gorge waterway!
Restaurants / Pubs:
Downtown Victoria is a dream for foodies, with so many fantastic restaurants, pubs, and cafes all accessible from our prime location. For evening meals make sure to check out I'l Terrazzo for your evening meal, or the likes of Café Mexico for a fun-filled dining experience. On warm summer days get take-out from Noodle Box to eat down by the inner harbour, listening to the buskers play as the sun sets on our wonderful city! If you are anything like us, and need your morning coffee, cafes and coffee shops are certainly not in short supply – our personal favourites are Bean Around The World (for bold flavours) and Habit (for brighter flavours!).
Public transport:
All our vacation rentals are hand-picked for their superb downtown location, and everything you’ll need for a perfect stay is within walking distance. However, should you fancy a trip out to the likes of Willow Beach, The Teahouse at Abkhazi Garden, or Butchart Gardens then the cities public bus system is very efficient and easy to use. You can download the BC Transit bus app for easy route planning and ticket information. Alternatively, there are several reputable taxi companies located downtown.
