-Please note that your booking charges do not include the pet fee of $150/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to be paid separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-There is a private fenced in studio on the back corner of the property used occasionally. This studio has no access to the beach Palm property as it is behind the same beach type fencing as neighboring properties.
-There is a removable baby gate for to prevent access to hallway and spiral staircase.
