A well equipped, remodeled kitchen has a huge, quartz counter-height breakfast bar plus everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast or gourmet dinner plus it flows seamlessly into the dining area and living area, with comfy seating and 60" smart TV.
From the balcony you will enjoy the fountain playing below, gardens, clubhouse and afternoon sun.
The master bedroom has a hybrid king mattress and en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms have pillow-top, hybrid mattresses, one king, the other queen, and share a family bathroom.
