The property comprises three bedrooms, a den, and 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably.

Upon entering through the front door or garage, guests are welcomed into a grand main level great room with an 18-foot ceiling and an open floor plan.

Living Room: The contemporary living room boasts luxury furnishings, including a leather sectional sofa with three reclining seats, along with plush chairs. Entertainment options include a 77” Samsung UHD Smart TV, a Sonos surround soundbar, and a DVD player capable of playing various disk formats including Blu-ray, CDs, DVDs, and 4K disks, and it comes with a 50-DVD library. Slide open the glass doors to access the back patio with patio seating, commercial heaters, a plug-in heater, and a natural gas BBQ.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with stylish stone countertops, a center island with bar seating, and high-end Viking stainless-steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas range. The fully equipped kitchen also features a drip/Keurig coffee maker and a Breville toaster oven.
