AT EASE is a 2,430 sq/ft five-bedroom, four-full bath house located within one-minute walking distance to public beach access. This eight-year old house features an open-concept kitchen complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker. Full-size washer & dryer on second floor. Central heat/air and ceiling fans throughout the house.

Sleeping accommodations include three master suites upstairs – each with king bed, ensuite full bath, walk-in closet and sitting area. The two downstairs bedrooms have one queen size bed each and a shared full bath. House has a total of six large Samsung (2020) smart TVs with WIFI connection – one in each bedroom and main living area.

Private Pool – The backyard amenities offer a private closed-in area with a swimming pool, deck seating, hammock and large area for yard games, including a Bocce Court. Also, an outdoor private shower. Two spacious, wrap-around covered balconies are located on the front of the house. There are two exterior entrances and paved parking. Pool and landscape are professionally managed. Non-Smoking environment, not pet friendly.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Internet, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival
The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
