The house has a total of three bedrooms and one full bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is a living room with 55" TV, full kitchen and dining area, and common area office space/reading nook/library. There is a washer and dryer, located in a laundry closet within the bathroom. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, desk and desk chair, two nightstands and lamps.

There is one free parking spot in the driveway, and there's also plenty of street parking. There is a covered front porch as well as backyard covered patio with outdoor dining area. The backyard has lots of trees, which provide ample shade during the summer. Pets welcome!

9 minutes drive to National Renewable Energy Laboratory - Golden Campus (NREL). Near Clear Creek Canyon Park which offers unique recreation experiences among its steep canyon walls and fast flowing creek. With the opening of a segment of the Peaks to Plains Trail, bicycles are allowed in the canyon for the first time.

In addition to the one parking spot in the driveway, ample free parking is available on the street. The house is 1.6 miles from the nearest RTD light rail station and less than a quarter mile from the nearest bus stop.
