The living room offers a place to visit, read, play games or watch TV. Both bedrooms are located on the main floor. One bedroom with king size bed, dresser, closet and full bathroom double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom with bunk beds (queen on bottom, twin on top), dresser and full bathroom with walk-in shower. On the second level of this casa is the welcoming terrace with plants, lounge chairs and a shade pergola. On the third level viewing tower is bench seating so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sierra de la Giganta mountains and the Sea of Cortez. A favorite place for the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. The garage stores 2 bikes that are available for exploring. Wi-Fi is available through out the house. All bedrooms and living room have individual A/C units.
Casa del Mar is only a 10 minute drive to Loreto International Airport and a 15 minute drive to the town of Loreto. You are a 10 minute walk to the beach for snorkeling, paddle boarding or kayaking and a choice of many restaurants and shops. Loreto Bay Pickleball Club and the Community Center is close by. The Community Center offers yoga, dance lessons, water aerobics, card game and a library. Take a 30 minute drive to a gorgeous TPC golf course, Danzante Bay, with magnificent view. Visit the Historical San Javier Mission built in 1759 and enjoy a wonderful farm to table lunch. Visit Coronado Island for more snorkeling and sandy beaches. Enjoy seasonal whale watching, plenty of hiking, deep sea fishing and a local Farmers Market every Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
