Two comfortable couches provide a view of the hillside. The adjacent dining area boasts a long table with seating for 6, complemented by two bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, and fridge, invites culinary exploration, whether indoors or on the balcony's BBQ grill.

Bedrooms & Baths
Whether your days are filled with adventure or you’ve been lounging poolside with your favorites, this home offers three bedrooms. There’s also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

- Bedroom 1: King bed, artistic touches, and a TV with cable access. The connecting master bath offers a jetted tub, walk-in closet, and dual sinks
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV with cable, and stunning views of the pool, tennis court, and basketball court.
- Bedroom 3: The third room is perfect for kids or couples, featuring two full bunk beds, a TV with cable, and a closet.

Nestled at the Hurricane Exit off I-15, our location frees you from downtown St. George congestion, allowing leisurely exploration of Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Snow Canyon. Nearby, Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs offer cool escapes, while golfers can revel in the scenic Coral Canyon Golf Course and Sky View. For those journeying from the Wasatch Front area of Utah, enjoy being 20-30 minutes closer to home when the vacation ends.

Please note that from Dec 1st to Feb 10th, the outdoor pool will not be heated, but the hot tub will be operational, and the pool will still be maintained.
