Welcome to my home!
Step inside and make yourself comfortable during your visit to Dubai. Everything you will ever need can be found in my apartment, including a kitted kitchen with all the mod-cons needed to make a satisfying meal. A spacious living area with a 4-person dining table, two large sofas and a flat-screen TV with internet connectivity. The balcony is accessed through here and has a small table if you wish to have the Marina be in the backdrop during your morning-coffee.
The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed lined in clean linens, and a large wardrobe to store your personal items. The bathroom comes with all the basics of a shower/tube, toilet, sink and mirror. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided free of charge.
The apartment is professionally cleaned by a third-party specialist before your stay. However, if you have further inquiries, do contact us.

The apartment building is in a great location for business travelers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, only 25 minutes by foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the home.
The Dubai Marina Walk, a 20-minute walk away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants while the palm tree-lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina.
The nearest train station to my house is at Jumeirah Lake Towers (T1) which connects directly to Downtown Dubai and The Burj Khalifa.
Alternatively, taxis and Uber are available for hire.
This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
