The large yard is great for dogs and the entire family with a grill, fire pit & corn hole to entertain you.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
PROPANE for grill/firepit: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.

PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Parking: drive way, street, garage. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

Security (doorbell) camera on exterior/garage for security purposes and to monitor guest count.

City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.

FIREPLACE: this is not functional, only decorative - do not attempt to start a fire
