The Groovy Mermaid is a beachfront condo centrally located in the heart of Lincoln City. Our groovy vibe features a no expense spared King size bed wrapped in luxurious high thread count linens, with a beautiful view of the beach from the 3rd floor. After a day at the beach we offer a 55" flat screen smart tv for movie nights in, or a vinyl collection if that's more your style. The fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything you need. Don't forget the pool and sauna!

Everything you need for an extended stay or a quick romantic get-a-way for two. There is a luxe salt water pool for your enjoyment in the building, as well as outdoor grills for your pleasure. Our space is bursting with personality; we aren't afraid of color! The Groovy Mermaid sleeps 2 comfortably, but will accommodate up to 4, if you are economizing. Be our guest!

The ultra-colorful space includes:

"The Groovy Mermaid" is located inside a building called "The Sea Gypsy".

On the ground level of "The Sea Gypsy", you'll find a lovely indoor heated saltwater pool, a dry sauna, ice machine, laundry room access, and outdoor grills; all of which you have access to during your stay.

Walk straight onto the beach from the ground level.

You will have access to everything in "The Groovy Mermaid", the on-site indoor heated saltwater pool (from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.), the dry sauna, the ice machine, the laundry room, the outdoor grills, a fenced in grassy area with benches, the beach access walkways, and a massive parking lot.
