This building consists of 3 unique private dwellings. This is a beautifully finished 2 bed 1 bath property, with private fenced in private outside landscaped space with crushed shell and garden furniture. The home was recently renovated with a new kitchen, beautiful granite counters and full sized stainless steel appliances. The bathroom is also new with gorgeous encaustic tile floor, new vanity and sleek shower/tub. There is ample closet space in each of the two bedrooms as well as a closet in the living area for coats and shoes. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds and retro bedside furniture.

Our goal is to provide our guests with every convenience so you to simply bring your belongings and "Hit the Ground Running". We have carefully thought out exactly what you will need and the home offers you absolutely every convenience you will need. Ample utensils, cups, glasses, cutlery, cookware and appliances including toaster, kettle & microwave. Every piece of furniture and bedding is new and spare sheets and towels are available.

High-speed internet is provided. 55 inch Flat screen TV's are "smart" so have all your most popular streaming services built in. If you have an Apple TV or Amazon Stick or Roku make sure to bring that with you and plug it right in and you will be up and running in minutes.
