A more private, intimate patio awaits, tucked away out back, providing a serene oasis to bask in the beautiful Caribbean weather surrounded by our relaxing garden.

Our cozy abode is the perfect place to stay, offering a versatile space that can be adapted to your needs. The office couch is an exceptionally comfortable fold-out bed, making the ideal workplace while still having access to the beach and city of Old San Juan, along with our fully equipped kitchen that allows you to channel your inner chef and whip up delicious meals at home.

For added convenience, we provide a washing machine, allowing you to freshen up your clothes during your stay. While we don't have a dryer machine, the warm Puerto Rican breeze will gently air dry your laundry quickly with the provided drying rack.

And speaking of warm weather, since this is the tropics, you may encounter our little buzzing friends, mosquitoes. But don't worry, we've got a solution! Just turn on the AC – apparently, they don’t like the cold. It's our way of giving them the cold shoulder, pun intended! 😄

Welcome, dear tourists, to some friendly advice about the unique Puerto Rican experience! Puerto Rico is an island that sometimes experiences water and electricity outages. Since Puerto Rico is such a lively place, street noise is part of the vibrant atmosphere. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Also, please keep in mind that while we always do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. We're really looking forward to hosting you and ensuring you have an amazing time, embracing everything that makes Puerto Rico special!
