Cozy house located in a privileged and safe location in Novo Campeche! Built in 2020, the environment had its decoration inspired by Balinese culture and architecture, seeking to keep the rooms integrated and open, privileging the proximity and conviviality of all guests.

Praia do Campeche is known by native surfers and is also ideal for enjoying other activities such as SUP, Kitesurf, Sandboard. The house has easy access to the neighborhood services, with options for walking, gastronomy, markets and bars in the surroundings. We are also close to Lagoa da Conceição, Praia Mole and Joaquina. In addition, just 50 meters away we have a playground, perfect for children to have fun.

Looking at the internal space, the house offers everything to better serve our guests: Comfortable beds, 50-inch SmartTV, 300 mega fast Internet, bed linen, hotel standard towels, complete crockery, barbecue and backyard.

The living room is spacious and has a comfortable sofa, as well as some surfboards from the owner's personal collection. The space opens to the dining area along with the American style kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals in the comfort of your own home.

Among the varied utensils and appliances we have: stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, sandwich maker, among others. Attached to the kitchen is the barbecue area with access to the backyard. The space is partially covered and has a dining table for 6 people and a small garden.

Going up the stairs, on the upper floor we have the bedrooms, which comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. There is an air-conditioned double suite with a queen size bed and closet, space for a home office and a pleasant balcony with a hammock, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed, the bottom with a double bed and the top with a single bed, and the third has a double bed and a single bed, a cozy and well-lit room. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have a work station.

Between the two bedrooms - which are not suites - there is a full bathroom. Finally, there is a terrace on the upper floor, with views of the mountains and neighbourhood.

Service area located next to the toilet (in the entrance hall), with washing machine and iron for ironing clothes.

Garage with space for two cars, one covered and one uncovered.
