Welcome to Villa dos Mares! Our cozy apartment is located on Rua das Gaivotas, a prime area in Ingleses Norte.

We offer a retreat for your vacation on the paradisiacal island of Florianópolis. With a private area of 72 square meters, the space can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

The condominium provides access to various recreational areas, such as a shared swimming pool, tennis court, and multipurpose court.

The accommodations include:

- A spacious, well-lit, and ventilated living room, adjacent to the dining area and kitchen.

- Balcony with a private barbecue grill: for barbecue enthusiasts, we provide a cutting board, grates, and skewers.

- The living room features a 39-inch LG Smart TV and 100mb Wi-Fi, ideal for staying connected during your stay.

- The kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances, including a refrigerator, 4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and sandwich maker, as well as dishes and cutlery, to easily prepare your meals.

- Air conditioning: There is a 16,000 BTU hot and cold air conditioner in the living room and 9,000 BTU hot and cold air conditioners in both bedrooms, providing a pleasant environment in any season.

- Bedrooms: 1 suite with a queen-size box spring bed (150kg load capacity), bedroom 2 has two single box spring beds D26 (95kg) and an auxiliary D26 spring bed (not suitable for adults).

- Additionally, in the suite, there is a Panasonic TV, and in the single bedroom, a Philco LED TV. We have a Chromecast for you to stream the content you desire.

- Laundry area: equipped with an 8.5kg washing machine for your convenience, as well as an iron.

- We provide professionally sanitized white bed and bath linens.

- Two full bathrooms with gas showers for a refreshing shower.

- Parking: We offer a covered parking space for 1 car.

- Accessibility: Access to the apartment is only via stairs.

IMPORTANT: The condominium requires guest registration at the entrance, and check-in is done in person.
