Within 15 minutes walk to the Arcos da Lapa, just two blocks from Avenida Presidente Vargas, between two metro stations (Central Square and Eleven), our apartment is located in a quiet and accessible area. Neighbor facing the wording of O Globo, a few meters from the Sambadrome, Civil Police Academy, Barracks Military Police, National Archives, National Law School (UFRJ), School of Medicine and Surgery (UNIRIO), and other institutions and businesses. Next to the bohemian neighborhood of Lapa, with its bars and venues, and Santa Teresa, full of charming restaurants, street performers and also workshops.
