Best of both worlds, just steps away from the private beach access and enjoy the bay out on the community pier at Lagoon Run. This complex has a community outdoor pool & picnic tables overlooking the bay.

This three-bedroom condo on the bay has an open layout concept for a family fun vacation. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a local seafood dish. The dining table accommodates eight with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. Kick back and relax in the living room with large flat screen TV. Step out onto the water-front private balcony and sit in swing while drinking your morning coffee. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The main bedroom features a king size bed with en-suite bathroom shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Hallway has a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. And third bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed.

Guest Access:
This property offers an e-lock allowing you to check in directly at the unit, using the code sent to you by text/email the day of arrival. Lagoon Run limits 2 parking passes and 1 boat trailer pass per unit, which are $20/pass. Boat slips are first come first serve, as well as boat trailer parking.

The Neighborhood:
Beach access is directly across the street. Pool hours 9am-10pm. There is an electric grill on the balcony and a charcoal grill in the picnic area near lagoon.
