The apartment is refurbished yearly and we always like to make sure everything is up to date , it is managed by my good friend Carmen who lives in the same building she keeps it immaculate and is always on hand to help guests

Puerto Pollenca holiday review
Great location, very close to beach and short walk to shops. All items in the property worked including the air con and heating. Television channels a bit hit and miss but this was advised prior to going. The property is more suited for parents with young children than four adults or older children. Our stay was for twelve days and the bedding was changed half way through. There is adequate crockery and cutlery for up to six people. There is a full sized four burner hob, micro wave oven, kettle and extractor hood all in good working order but no main oven. The hot water was good but soon run out when showering although this was reheated fairly quickly. The apartment is on the third floor and the lift always worked. As there was only two of us using the property it more than met our needs and at a reasonable price. We went on holiday at the start of November and parking if you have a car was not an issue. The property owner was very helpful in all regards to our stay. I would use this property again.

Lovely property,set just behind quieter end of Pine walk, but only 10
Minute walk from the hustle and bustle.The use of the pool and bar a bonus, relaxed, enjoyable holiday,hope to return.

Excellent apartment, great location
This is our 5th visit to Puerto Pollensa and it never disappoints, we love it. It was our first stay in this apartment and we really enjoyed it. It was spacious and modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay., with added bonus of the use of the Laguna pool and bar. The Illa D’Or and pine walk were on our door step which we loved. Restaurants and bars were amazing, spoilt for choice and just a short walk away. All in all an amazing family holiday, and can’t wait to visit Puerto Pollensa again

Fantastic Apartment, giving you the best of everything in one location
Best of everything from the location of this apartment, downstairs to use the pool in Laguna bar, 2-5 mins walk to the beach, 15 mins for a nice stroll down the pine walk into town.
Stayed for a week and could of easily stayed for longer.
We will definitely be returning!
