One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have hot & cold water. Hotel standard bed linen and towels are provided with toiletries included.
The fully equipped kitchen and includes high quality appliances including oven & washing machine, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, etc. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, etc. are provided.
A 46 inch flat screen TV, free WiFi and Cable TV are included.

The apartment is situated in a great location. It is also a 2 minute walk to the main road (Galle Road) where you can easily access to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and a minute walk to Mount Lavinia beach surrounded with famous seafood restaurants, dining, pubs & nightlife to relax and enjoy.
There are banks, a post office, pharmacy, market, bakery, etc. on main (Gall Road), where the apartment is situated. Lots of interesting shops are just around the corner. It's 15-20 minutes by tuk tuk to the city centre, during the day.

This apartment is located in Colombo, Mount Lavinia. The apartment is ideally located for the busy traveler, either travelling on work or for a conference, and for the easy going explorer alike. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, guests have several food joints and bakeries (KFC, Burger King, Srilankan food restaurants, Subway, Bread Talk, super markets) etc.
This is one of the most vibrant, multi cultural neighborhoods of Colombo, with a beautiful beach and the famous, heritage Mount Lavinia hotel a 10 minute walk along the beach. You can have tasty seafood at the numerous beach restaurants & bars, or try some authentic Sri Lankan food in one of the many small restaurants strewn along Galle Road. There are also plenty of restaurants and lounge bars nearby that serve international and contemporary cuisine. You can also explore the many interesting shops along Galle Road.
For families with kids, Dehiwala Zoo is a short distance away.

Public Transportation The neighborhood is an easy mix between residential and commercial and provides for safe and easy travelling during the day as well as in the night. If you prefer to go local, there is bus that goes towards the main bus station and railway station in Mount Lavinia just on top of the road. A Two minute walk would take you to Galle Road and there are plenty of meter tuk tuks and cabs available at all times.
The city centre is a 15 - 20 minute drive or you can take the train to the Fort railway terminal, passing by the suburbs of Wellawatte, Bambalapitiya and Colpetty en route. You can also take the train in the opposite direction and visit the southern city of Galle with its UNESCO heritage listed Galle Fort.
Other things to note
This is a non-smoking property.
Please don't take any magazines or other reading material/information provided out of the apartment as they are for the benefit of all guests.
Please take extra care with the fabric sofa lounge/humpty's and dining chairs, wipe off any spills straightaway with soap and water. (Never use strong detergents, please).
Water and Gas free and free 5 units of electricity per day (which is sufficient for a comfortable stay). If the electricity consumption exceeds this, due to heavy usage of the air conditioners, USD 0.35 cents (Sri Lankan "Rupees. 50") per additional unit will be charged.
USD 65 will be collected at check-in as a deposit for the electricity, and will return the balance after deducting the electricity consumption (usage).
There is no caretaker or a cook. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment crockery and accessories like dishes, plates, gas & gas cooker, refrigerator and washing machine.
Guests can cook if they wish to and laundry by themselves. If the guests do not like to cook, the house is surrounded by restaurants & fast food restaurants within 300 meters radius from the apartment.

- As this is a residential apartment please be mindful of the neighbours
- Please refrain from making excessive noise
- Please make sure to use a provided garbage bag when disposing of garbage
We have provided with you with 4 large towels . We will change this weekly inclusive of linen. If you wish to change more often please let us know, there will be a small charge for the laundry. Please do not use the bath towels provided to clean the floor or any other dirty surface. Also please do not use them as floor mats. This is to ensure that all items in the apartment are hygienic for all our guests.
If any glasses, crockery or other items are broken please report these breakages. You will be charged a normal replacement cost. We will check our inventory after each stay so will be aware of any breakages even if you do not report them.
The cleaning prior to check-in and after check-out would be handled by us.During occupancy it's the occupant's responsibility to keep the apartment neat and clean at all times.If additional cleaning is required we can do it at an added charges.
