Why Kingsley chose Pollença
I first went to Puerto Pollensa about 20 years ago when my children were young. We fell in love with the area so much that I decided to build a house there.
What makes this Villa unique
I chose the location of my villa because of the panoramic views and short stroll to the beach and restaurants. I enjoy relaxing on the terrace and watching the sun light up the bay of an evening.

Summertime
Family of 10 housed in comfort with space. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Location is very good with easy walking to the waterfront and town. Quiet area at all times. Pool is also very good although one or two poolside tiles are coming loose. The pool area is also well served with loungers and parasols. The bedrooms are all of a good size and beds comfortable. One or two of the mattresses are getting tired. Overall a great holiday villa and highly recommended for a large group.
Amazing villa, the views are breathtaking, perfect location
We stayed 9th to 16th June 2018 - 6 adults (3 couples).
The villa is beautiful, spacious, with almost every room enjoying the view of the bay.
The terrace on the upper level (living area and master bedroom also on this level) is perfect for dining, sitting out for drinks, or just sitting and taking in the view.
Kitchen is very well equipped - every pot, pan, utensil you could think of was available, ,along with basics like coffee, dishwasher tablets, etc., to get you started
Bedrooms are minimally furnished,and all have very effective air conditioning which was most welcome!
4 bathrooms, and another 2 spare loos around place meant we had plenty of privacy and no waiting when we were getting ready to go out
Location - is perfect - a 5 minute stroll down to the sea front towards the Formentor end of the pine walk, and just 3 or 4 minutes to the main shops and restaurants.
Really couldn't fault our stay here - The owner and contact in the resort were extremely helpful.

The villa was very spacious and a great location but it was not luxurious there are certain things that need attention shower in twin bedded room with bath was not working.Cushions outside were in need of replacement some torn and others almost threadbear.We had a good time and this did not spoil our holiday but we paid a lot of money thinking it was Luxury.
Dear Lyn, it was a pleasure to meet you and your three friends. I appreciate your comments about the tears in a few of the exterior sofa cushions and I apologise unreservedly. They did not reflect the usual high standard of the Villa. Unfortunately the lead time on delivery of replacements was six weeks and regrettably they didn’t arrive in time for your visit. They have now been replaced.
I'm sorry that you didn't contact me about the shower as it was working. It’s a mixer tap in that bathroom which switches from bath to shower by pushing the button.I would have happily sent my housekeeper over to show you as I did when you contacted about the safe.

A beautiful house in a lovely place
We were three generations going for a family celebration and could not have found a better place to stay. The house is lovely and spacious with great views of the bay and with all the rooms, terraces and the large veranda there are many places to be, either you want to be all together or have some quite moments with a book. The pool area is great, and the kids loved it. A very short stroll to Port de Pollenca with its lovely Pinewalk, beaches and shops and restaurants. There is also much to see and do in the surrounding area. The house and the place really lived up to all our expectations and the owner was extremely helpful in all ways and easy to communicate with.
Villa is in a great location with beautiful views of bay and mountains
Overall the villa and its location are excellent. It's located within a few minutes of the beach and the town with its numerous bars and restaurants.
The villa is in excellent condition, extremely well equipped with everything you would need, very spacious inside.
The outside terrace off the main living room is large with loads of seating and a big table for dining, the real feature of the terrace is the view it offers across the bay, it's just stunning.
The lower terraces around the pool have loads of space with many loungers and the pool is pretty big compared to other villas we have stayed at.
Overall a great place to spend some time relaxing enjoying the views and the local hospitality, which I would say without exception was all very positive.
Kingsley the owner couldn't have been more helpful and informative, overall a great holiday.
Casa del Reyes
Fantastic villa, very spacious and really well equipped. We have stayed in Puerto Pollensa many times and this is one of the very best places we have stayed in. Looking at the bay of Pollensa is always magical but the view from the upstairs terrace was outstanding. Another highlight was watching the night sky on the roof terrace with very little light pollution due to the villa's position.
Thoroughly recommend this property.
