About this property

Restored 17th century sheepfold with large grounds and private pool

La Bergerie is an old building of about 100m2 located at the top of the village, on a large garden of 900 m2 with a swimming pool. Its south orientation allows it to enjoy maximum sunshine and a panoramic view of the village and the Dourbie valley, towards Nant. Equipped with all the desired comfort (appliances, Wifi, TV, DVD, Canal Sat ...) it will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in a perfectly quiet place and in communion with nature. Its swimming pool (8x4m) strictly reserved for the tenants and without any opposite, is heated from mid-June to mid-September (only period of possible use of the swimming pool). The cars must be parked at the entrance of the village which is accessible only by a vaulted porch.

agréable vacances en aveyron
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans un cadre somptueux. Nous avons été trés bien reçu par le couple qui s'occupe de la maison et qui sont installés au village. Calme ett ranquilité sont au programme de cette location et la piscine est la cerise sur le gateau pour des aprés midi farniente. Seul inconvénient, la voiture reste au dehors du village dont les rues sont abruptes, mais il y a toujours une place de disponible pour ce garer à l'entrée du village. Donc avec les enfants en bas âge, c'est un peu sportif mais le cadre et la maison le mérite bien.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances inoubliables dans cette magnifique maison dans ce merveilleux village de cantobre. Les vues de la cuisine, de la salle de bain, de la piscine et de la terrasse sont remarquables. Le calme est absolu car on doit laisser la voiture à distance de la maison. Attention cependant aux personnes qui auraient des difficultés de mobilité ou les très jeunes enfants, il y a beaucoup de marches, le village est en pente. Mais c'est ce qui permet de bénéficier de vues magnifiques partout.

Le gîte est superbe, bien conservé dans son esprit d'origine, les propriétaires très attentionnés et l'environnement idéal pour visiter cette belle région. On recommande !

Une belle location délaissée dans un site magnifique
Cette superbe bergerie ancienne des Causses est située dans un très bel environnement de village perché. Pierres et poutres apparentes, sol en terre cuite, vaste cheminée, meubles et objets d'autrefois contribuent à l'atmosphère du lieu. L'insonorisation d'époque avec ses planchers qui craquent, les bruits qui se transmettent et les portes grinçantes ou fermant mal, gênent un peu mais peuvent faire partie du charme du bâti ancien. Bravo pour l' abondante documentation sur la région classée par thèmes. La maison est bien équipée mais certains détails détonnent : serviettes pliées humides à l'arrivée, spots du séjour en panne, ampoules trop faibles ou à remplacer d'autant que la maison est sombre, bouilloire inopérante, cafetière entartrée, filtre du sèche-linge plein, aspirateur non vidé, hotte de cuisine grasse, frigo mal calé, de la poussière par endroits, propreté de certains textiles douteuse. De même, l'extérieur manque d'entretien. Divers objets traînent, le mobilier a vieilli, le parasol ne tient plus ouvert, la toile cirée est hors d'âge, il a fallu vider et nettoyer le barbecue, le chauffage de la piscine était en panne etc. La végétation a besoin d'être élaguée et taillée. Le caractère de la maison, son emplacement, la piscine peuvent justifier le tarif mais il y a d'autres critères à considérer. Ceci dit, nous avons passé un bon séjour et ces améliorations apporteront plus de satisfaction aux vacanciers qui choisissent cette belle location au charme unique.
