In a former dairy farm in the Plérinaise countryside, 10 minutes from the large Rosaires beach, the cottage aspires to tranquility in a dead end. Its simple but comfortable decoration makes it a vacation rental of choice for families enjoying the sweetness of life in the Breton countryside. You will find :
- A living room with sofa bed and television, dining area for 4 people and open kitchen. Appliances are available (coffee maker, microwave, hob, etc.), as are cutlery and kitchen utensils..
- An attic room with a double bed in 140.
- A bathroom.
- A large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.

Vis-à-vis des vaches...

Das Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Spül- und Waschmaschine!!). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Das Häuschen liegt direkt neben einem Bauernhof. Ein schneller Zugang zur Schnellstraße macht Ausflüge unkompliziert. Das Meer erreicht man nur mit dem Auto (aber schnell), dafür ist der Strand schön, sauber und auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Restaurants gibt es in dem wenig entfernten Ort Plérin und in St. Brieuc. Einziges Manko ist das quietschende Bett in der oberen Etage ;-)

Accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires qui sont présents pour nous donner de bons conseils sur la région. Endroit calme et facile d'accès. Proche des commerces et des restaurants.Gite propre et bien équipé. Restaurants sur le port du Légué très sympas et prix corrects.

Parfait pour visiter les côtes d’armor

Logement propre, fonctionnel et calme. A proximité de la plage des rosaires et bien situé pour visiter tout le département. Je recommande vivement.

Joli logement idéalement situé

Agréablement accueilli par notre hote, nous avons passé un trés bon moment au calme dans cette petite maison joliment rénovée. Nous y avons passé une semaine à 4 sans aucun soucis. Rien ne manque, et vous avez des champs à perte de vue devant vous... tout en étant bien situé : à 1km de la 2x2 voies (que l'on entends pas du tout). On rejoins la jolie plage des Rosaires en qq minutes. Plérin est juste à côté, et St Brieux à 10mn environ. Merci pour tout !
