I am married to Judy. We have been married 33 years. I graduated from Owen J. Roberts HS and York College of Pennsylvania. I was employed in the public safety sector, 34 years with the same agency. Judy attended Pennridge HS and Gwynedd-Mercy College. Judy worked as a respiratory therapist, 35 years with the same hospital, and is recently retired. Mark enjoys being with his family, walking, fishing, boating, and coaching Special Olympics sports. Judy enjoys yoga, reading and being a mom. Gretchen likes music, dancing, basketball, yoga, walking, swimming.

My parents bought this cottage in the mid 1960's, when I was 5 years old. I have many fond memories of my childhood, our cottage, and the Lake. My parents worked very hard to provide our family a vacation home to enjoy and be proud of. I always knew that it was important to keep the Lake in my life as I grew older. I fulfilled my dream of staying firmly connected to the Lake, and bought the cottage from my siblings in 2010. I am grateful for the compromise by my wife and daughter, as owning a second home comes with sacrifices. We have made many upgrades to the cottage, and I enjoy providing a great environment for guests to create their own memories!

There are also pleasant views of the lake, especially after the leaves fall. Our cottage offers a blend of rustic charm with the modern conveniences of Wifi, HDTV, AC, and free long distance. The property is enjoyed and maintained by the owner. The property owner is hands-on, and is involved in all cleanings. The owner is assisted by a cleaning woman, not a service, who is paid a living wage. The cabin is cleaned to a level you would expect. The owner's reliability and life-long connection to this property translate into a commitment to the property that will assure satisfaction with your rental experience!
