The fully decorated studio is located 200 m from a great beach in a private residence, closed, flowered and very quiet. Sleeping 1 large double bed in the mezzanine, and 1 sofa bed. A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location

Once again, Property Owners Thierry and Martine made our 30 day stay a wonderful experience. Their beautifully decorated apartment is 300 meters from a beautiful beach and a 2 mile walk to the vibrant downtown of Saint-Maxime. We enjoyed walking to town along the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to buy our fresh fish, meat and fresh vegetables. We wanted to feel locals and it was a great experience. The apartment is approximately a 1 ½ hour drive to reach Cassis to the west or Eze to the east making day trips to the beautiful sites and towns located in the Cote d‘Azur very pleasant. We are looking forward to our next stay in Saint-Maxime.

The perfect stay in beautiful place.

Our wish was to stay in a place for a month and experience life like the locals. Fortunately, we found the Roberto’s lovely apartment in Saint-Maxime. We could see by the pictures that the owners paid attention to detail and proudly displayed their apartment. The apartment is more impressive once you move in. We wanted to walk to town and buy fresh fish, meat, fruit, vegetables and prepare our own meals. The walk is along the coast and is stunningly beautiful. The apartment has a gas BBQ which we happily used for every meal other than a pasta dish. It offers three dining areas; the balcony, the patio and the inside dining area. We preferred the patio which looked over the neighborhood and coastal hills, beautiful. The apartment supplied all the necessary tools to prepare our meals. We found it perfectly clean when we arrived and never experienced any problems. We were met by Martine and she gladly introduced us to our new home for a month. We also met Thierry that afternoon and he patiently gave us ideas and instruction on places to visit that are not on the tourist map. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked the apartment for a return visit. Our thank you to Martine and Thierry, we look forward to seeing you again,

Herrlich erholsame Tage in Soleil d`or No.31

Eine perfekt eingerichtete, kleine Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, ermöglichte uns, bei wunderbarem Wetter mit Strandspaziergängen und Ausflügen eine herrliche Woche zu geniessen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Ausstattung funktioniert vom Toaster bis zum Staubsauger. Haben uns in dieser unglaublichen Ruhe gut erholt

Waren zu zweit Anfang Oktober in dieser netten kleinen, gut ausgestatteten, zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegenen Wohnung. Würde diese Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Einzig zum nächsten Supermarkt ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Vielen Dank auch an den netten Vermieter.
