Ski at Val d’Isere

Excellent location, quite small but comfortable. I wish the cost of linens would just be included at booking time though. It seems like an unnecessary extra after paying for the booking.

Easy and comfortable stay!

Stayed in the apartment for a week from 2nd to 9th Feb 2013. The apartment is ideally situated right in the heart of Val, with a 3 minute walk from the bus station. The nearest lifts are also extremely close making it an ideal place to avoid having to take buses. The apartment itself was very comfortable for 4 people (wouldn't have been so for 5 people). We couldn't have asked for more facilities with a great array of cooking apparatus and a secure and easy-to-access ski storage locker. The owner made it very easy for us prior to arriving, giving us good instructions on what to do upon arrival and who to contact. There was however a slight break down in communication involving picking up the keys but this was rectified relatively quickly. Val is a GREAT resort. However the long bus transfer from Geneva Airport was painful (return leg lasting 5 1/2 hours in crawling traffic), and make sure you take lots of spending money as it is not a cheap place!
