DONVILLE LES BAINS facing the Chausey Islands, at the entrance to the Mont St Michel bay. 15 mins BY FOOT FROM GRANVILLE 3 mins BY CAR detached house 47 m2 new comfortable overlooking the sea (180 ° view of the sea) that can accommodate up to 5 people. Terrace of approximately 60m2 without any opposite (ideal for sunbathing in complete privacy), from where you can observe your friends or your children playing on the beach. You can enjoy long walks on the beach, swimming, fishing by foot or by line; in summer, it is possible to rent windsurfers or catamarans nearby. Many centers of interest and sites in the vicinity. The bay of Mont St Michel and the entire coast is magnificent, the Chausey Islands, the largest archipelago in Europe (a paradise! ) is 45 minutes by speedboat from Granville. Passing by the beach at low tide, you are on the promenade du plat gousset and the beach of the Granville casino in 10 minutes

Herrliche Aussichten September 2015!

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse direkt über der Strandpromenade von Donville les bains. Die riesigen Fensterflächen und die große sichtgeschützte Terasse erlauben herrliche Aussichten über das Meer mit seinen Gezeiten, das Strandleben und besonders die Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus bietet sehr gute Ausstattung und Komfort, TV mit allen Astra-Programmen, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür oder auf dem Grundstück. Die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in Fußnähe und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in näherer Umgebung. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit für Auskünfte erreichbar. Wir als Ehepaar (62 u. 60 Jahre) habe hier eine traumhafte Woche erlebt und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Tres belle vue d´une maison lumineuse et propre

Je voudrais recommander cette maison a tous qui aiment bien observer la marree de la mere. La mere change tourjours son visage. A la port de Granville se trouvent des bonnes restaurant pour les gens qui aiment bien manger de la poison et les fruits de mere. ( Avis d´une touriste allemande)

Fantastischer Ausblick

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Das Haus lebt von dem fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht und dem Kommen und Gehen der Gezeiten.
