Very large typical Catalan farmhouse located in the very calm agricultural area and very well located. Near sea (20 kms), Spain (10 kms), Céret (3kms). True haven of peace and privacy. Swimming pool (1/06 ... 30/09), barbecue, summer kitchen, billiards and very spacious living areas, ideal for family or group holidays. Possibility to rent out of season for smaller groups in better conditions. The place is magical. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Le bonheur est dans ce mas

J'ai passé une semaine en 2009 dans ce mas ou j'ai fait la connassance d'un propriétaire exceptionnel. En effet il est accueillant, disponible, arrangeant, et d'une gentillesse.... Il a été disponible a chacune de mes demandes. Pour le mas nous étions 10 à y dormir et beaucoup plus le reste du temps, c'est un régal un vrai havre de paix ou l'on peut soit se reposer au soleil au bord de la piscine soit dans les hamacs, ou à l'inverse on peut y faire la fête entre amis et famille nous avons alterné les deux. Il est idéalement situé à l'écart de la ville mais tout prés en même temps de la mer de la nature et tellement calme. De plus François le propriétaire pourra vous guider selon vos envies. J'ai tellement apprécié ce séjour que nous y retournons cette été pour une autre semaine inoubliable j'en suis certain. N'hésitez pas une seconde pour un séjour dans ce mas il est trop agréable.

Séjour réussi

Un mas typique du pays catalan, de grands espaces à vivre ( idéal quand on est nombreux), un jardin très agréable ( pas de vis à vis, piscine, terrain ombragé...), le billard très apprécié par les jeunes et moins jeunes, le propriétaire aux petits soins pour les locataires ( très sympahique, disponible..), une région magnifique, bref, une adresse à retenir...

séjour

Après un petit séjour très sympathique, les batteries sont rechargés jusqu'au prochaines vacances. Tout est au rendez vous dans ce charmant mas, pour accueillir une " très grande " famille, avec en prime la bonne humeur et la gentillesse du propriétaire en début et en fin de séjour. Les enfants n'ont pas eu une minute pour s'ennuyer avec la piscine, le billard, vélos et leur "indépendance" dans une grande chambre " commune ". En bref une demeure que je conseille très vivement.
