Comfort oasis in great location
Quiet, floor level efficiency just 2 minute walk to St. Placide metro station. Neighborhood market close by to stock snacks during our 10-day stay. My wife and I celebrated 31 years together and were very comfortable here following busy days in Paris. Concierge Maria was kind, helpful and always available. Excellent, fast wifi and as others commented, really enjoyed the shower. Washing machine worked great. All our expectations were met. Would definitely stay here again.

Very warm apartment in delightful courtyard....in centre of things...but not a cosy neighbourhood....easy access out....very easy to walk around. Luxembourg gardens very close (well worth a look) and in the midst of some spectacular Paris icons. Washing machine a great advantage.....and the shower...incredible. Comfortable.
Location location location
Very well situated within walking distance to many Paris sites. Beautiful street with boutiques and bistros. A bit too small for a week long stay but otherwise, everything was PARIS !
Great location for a short stay...
Room was small but had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and sites in this area of the city. Also this property is very close to the M4 and M12 rail lines so easy to get to and travel around the city once you figure out the rail system. Did not see the hosts other than Maria who let us into the room and gave us the key. Hosts were very helpful with information leading up to our stay and accommodated us for an earlier arrival to the suite. Nice courtyard in front of room.

The property was very adequate for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom was comfortable. The apartment is in a safe neighbourhood, convenient in public transport, and a short walk to the liveliest parts of St Germain. Appreciate the host's prompt responses.
