The Confluence is on the peninsula of Lyon and like a village in the town
For rent: all mod cons furnished apartment for short or long stays.
Perrache/Sainte-Blandine is a furnished apartment at the first floor of a fully air-conditioned building, with lift.
The main room, overlooking a quiet street, is a living room with a double-size bed, study corner and many storage spaces.
The fully equipped kitchen gives onto the courtyard and, apart from the table and chairs, is large enough to boast a small sitting area, very pleasant, with a sofa bed for 2 .
This apartment is only available for residential use during stays in Lyon. No commercial activity, nor parties, nor too frequent visits of a suspicious nature will be allowed.

Lovely apartment and hosts
This apartment has everything you could need, and it's a nice sized space and very cozy/homey. The neighborhood is off the beaten path (a good thing), but a little dicey. Free street parking is a little difficult to come by, but there's a beautiful, reasonably priced garage nearby.

Well appointed apartment with great kitchen
My husband, 8 year old son and I enjoyed our stay in Lyon and were happy to call this apartment home. We loved the market right outside our door, the relaxing boat ride from the Confluence to Vieux Lyon and easy access to the tram. On a rainy day we were able to walk 5 minutes to the modern Confluence Shopping Centre and do a little shopping. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and the large kitchen was wonderful for cooking our own meals. Brigitte and Steve, thank you for a great time in Lyon.

lovely apartment, great city
This was a very nice apartment, very clean, well-equipped and a five minute walk from the Gare Perrache. Brigitte was very friendly and helpful. Lyon is a great city to visit. Easy to walk around. Lots of excellent street markets almost every day for both food and artisans. Vieux Lyon in particular is lovely with lots to see and do. Lyon was definitely one of our favourite places during our six weeks in Italy and France. Highly recommend both the city and this apartment.

Rent where the real French live!
This is a well priced rental in a real lyonaise neighborhood, not downtown, but not far from it. A well equipped large kitchen is the highlight. Getting to the centre of Lyon is a 15 min ride with the "Velo" bicycle rental system, that is close by, or there are buses & trams. Thursdays and Saturdays there is a food market just outside. If you walk/bike in the opposite from centre direction you'll find an ultramodern district along the river.

comfortable and convenient
We loved our week in Lyon, the apartment was very well located, walking was easy to the centre, with bus and train handy for day trips (Vienne was great). The comfortable apartment made travelling so relaxing, everything we needed. A super kitchen made picking up fresh food from the local market a fun meal at home.

Getting to the centre of Lyon is a 15 min ride with the 'Velo' bicycle rental system, that is close by, or there are buses & trams. Thursdays and Saturdays there is a food market just outside. If you walk/bike in the opposite from centre direction you'll find an ultramodern district along the river. And now the VAPORETO like in Venice! And the market on thursday and saturday.
