A garden of 10 hectares under coconut palms and tropical flowers awaits you and leads to a beautiful private beach. Fully equipped and having the amenities, it can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) but ideal for two or three

Great location and pool, good pricing

Rented this studio for a week, I have to say I liked the location, the pool was awesome and it came at a good price. Does need some updates as condo is a bit outdated. But overall, great stay, we had a wonderful time in Guadeloupe. Would definitely want to return to Anse des Rochers.

Séjour à l'anse des Rochers

Un séjour dans un cadre très agréable, logement très propre et bien conçu. Un propriétaire très serviable, prêt à faciliter les démarches pour une bonne installation (récupération à l'aéroport, location de voiture...) La piscine est très bien entretenue et l'environnement sécuritaire pour un séjour avec des ados. La plage quasi privée, propre et peu fréquentée, avec un petit restaurant, permet de profiter facilement d'une eau turquoise, peu profonde. Petit bémol pour le syndic de copropriété qui lui ne facilite pas les choses et prend les locataires pour des vaches à lait !

forte odeur de renfermé à l’intérieur du studio et à l’intérieur des placards qui n’est pas du tout agréable. wifi très peu fonctionnel ce qui est vraiment embêtant au vu du manque de réseau dans la résidence.

Un séjour de rêve

Un séjour au paradis. Logement conforme aux descriptif. Résidence exceptionnelle. Pour un premier séjour en Guadeloupe nous avons été conquis. Propriétaire au top. Nous y retournons l’année prochaine.
