Beautiful Lake home, 10 min from Ameritrade Park and downtown Omaha. One of a kind private home on Lake Manawa, across the river in Iowa. The second level features a full balcony, laundry room, 4 BRs (1King and 3 Queen beds) the master with large walk-in shower and oversized Jacuzzi, 2 with a Jack and Jill bath. The other 1 has private bath. Main floor has spacious living room with fireplace and wet bar, full kitchen, media room with fireplace and flat screen TV, dining area, large porch and 1/2 bath. Wi-Fi available. Stunning view with many restaurants within 5 min. Respectful renters only, not a party house. We hope you treat our home as you would your own. $600.00 per night 3 night minimum. Security deposit and credit card required. Cleaning fee $150.00

Wonderful property
We stayed for a long weekend. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient to many sights around Council Bluffs and Omaha. We enjoyed the water, the dock, the deck and porch, and had a great view of the 4th of July fireworks. Art was there to greet us and show us around the property, and was available to answer questions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
