By pre-arrangement, guests can also enjoy the use of the owners private club membership to the Spring and Splinter Club located on the main floor of Market Square. The club is open for lunch Monday - Friday and dinner Wednesday - Saturday by reservation. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping service are available for your convenience.

Our recent stay at this property was amazing. The property is very clean and mirrored the exact photos in the advertisements. We had all the accommodations needed to ensure our vacation was stress-free and relaxing! I highly recommend this propound you’re staying in the Greensboro area.
Beautiful condo with helpful staff and nice location. Unfortunately there was trouble with our water during our stay but Nicole was very helpful and released us from our stay so the issue could be fixed.
High Point Univ Graduation
Proved to be a cozy, convenient place to land our family for the weekend. All twin beds allowed enough sleep space. The amenities were helpful. Bring your own hairdryer & shampoo.

Enjoy a little shopping at the at historic Market Square - a former furniture factory that has been transformed into unique upscale showrooms. Market Square is North Carolina’s largest adaptive-use building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Or head over to the renowned High Point University to experience the arboretum and botanical gardens which are located just minutes away.
