- This is a very old building and home to families so please be respectful per "Parisian etiquette" - don't speak loudly in the stairway and common areas, no shoes inside the home, place trash and recycling in the proper place, say Bonjour Madame or Bonjour Monsieur if you encounter someone - it's fun! It's my home furnished with love and not a hotel so please care for everything as you would your own.

- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

My home is truly rare - located in the Haut Marais - it's perfectly central to everything you want to see - museums, monuments, Seine. You will stay where Paris Fashion Week takes place 6 times per year and our neighborhood cafés have the best people watching in Paris. There is a stunning third floor view of the Square du Temple park, beautiful Haussmannian architecture and Mairie de Paris 3eme monument. All the best restaurants, shopping and art galleries are a 5 to 10 minute walk. Don't miss the Picasso Museum, Place de Vosges and Café Charlot.
What makes this apartment unique
Everything is brand new! The apartment is 140 sq meters / 1500 sq feet with 2 showers, 1 full bath and 4 toilets. Each of the three large bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with toilet for maximum privacy. The elevator and air conditioning are rare benefits maximum comfort. The large cook's kitchen has its own herb garden on the balcony and everything you need if you like to cook (or lots of counter space for take out.) All the windows and new and double paned. The apartment is surprisingly calm and quiet and flooded with natural light. We have fast fiber optic internet in case you need to stay connected.
