I am Andrew and together with my wife Ana have been renting holiday accommodation in Albufeira for many years and have advertised on HomeAway since 2001. We both enjoy sailing and going in the winter to cooler places for some skiing. We love the Algarve, it’s superb warm climate, the sea food, grilled food and the wine ! We would be delighted to welcome you at Villa Eber.

what can i say wow wow
what a wonderful property very clean in a very quite location, if you like walking to the old town, a casual walk around 30 minutes, along the fitness path which is away from the main road, Plenty to do in town plenty, restaurants lovely beach.
Andrew and Anna what a wonderful host's could not do enough for us, showed us the bus and taxi stands around old town Albuferia, if wanted to walk to town the safe route avoiding the road. Booked our taxi transfers to and from the airport, we would like to say a big thank you to them both for making our stay very welcoming and recommending Clay oven restaurant. looking forward visiting them again.

Our Stay in Alberfria July-Aug 2019
The first time that Karen and I had been on a holiday to Portugal. Andrew communicated with us from our initial enquiry regarding booking right the way through to arranging a taxi to pick us up from Faro Airport. He drove us down to the Old Town and showed us where to get food and taxis. The apartment is a bit of a walk from the Old town but was a mainly down hill and a pleasant walk. To come back from the Old Town was 5-6 euros in a taxi. The rooms were very clean, the air con was great at a steady 24. Towels changed and rubbish taken away. Very relaxing around the pool a great suntrap for you sun worshipers. The neighbourhood was quiet, everything that you would want from a holiday where you wanted to relax and unwind. Andrew made us feel very welcome and really looked after us, what a great host. We loved the Old Town with so many places to eat out at good prices , if you love sea food it is the place to come, lots of small little shops to browse around too. If you get a chance get one of the boats from the Marina and go out Dolphin watching we were very lucky to spot a pod, how great to see them free.

An amazing, restful break!
From the very start Andrew and Ana were welcoming, helpful and informative. Andrew sorted car hire and airport tranfers which had been eventful planning from uk, and so useful with suggestions of places to visit to enjoy the real Portugal. The apartments was imaculatle and very comfortable , quiet and kept clean througout our stay. Overall a relaxing break in a fabulous apartment with fantastic weather

Algarve is a region renowned for its mild and sunny climate, its miles of glorious sandy beaches with their stunning rock formations and its excellent sport facilities. It boasts an average of 3000 hours of sunshine per year. It's mild all year round with virtually no rain in the summer months. The old town of Albufeira which perches on the cliff top overlooking the beach retains a distinctive Moorish character and you can still see the fisherman bringing in their catch by Albufeira Marina.
Travel:
For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber. We can also reserve airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €36 for 2 - 4 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes. A taxi to the centre of Albufeira is approximately €5 euros.

There are two excellent local restaurants within 10 minutes walk and another one during the summer months at the near Clube Albufeira with famous barbecues on Wednesday nights where you can eat and drink as much as you like ! There is a local cafe just 50 metres from the villa. Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside. Algarve Shopping with food store, many restaurants and cinemas is only a few minutes by car as is Zoomarine,water parks and golf. A superb choice for your dream holiday at an unbeatable price!
