Traveling with teen in Paris
I hadn't been to Paris in 25 years so I was concerned with where I would stay and what neighborhood. This location was excellent and safe. It is very close to the Metro which made it easy to get to all parts of Paris. Coming out to the Metro late at night and walking in neighborhood was fine. The flat was quiet and clean. The management were very responsive and accommodating. It is small but met our needs.
Dear Laurie, thank you very much for your review. I love my neighborhood and I'm glad to loved it to.
I hope to have you back

Where to stay in the Haut Marais!
I had the distinct pleasure of staying in Ana's lovely studio apartment in early June, and can very highly recommend it to anyone. The apartment has all you will need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine if you are going to be there for an extended period. The neighborhood is vibrant and young, you're just a few steps from Place de la République and easy walking distance to many great spots including Canal Saint-Martin, Oberkampf and the Haut Marais. Multiple Métro lines nearby as well, opening up all of Paris to you.
Some things to note: the apartment is up two flights of somewhat narrow but well-lit old wooden stairs. There are windows on two side, both facing inner courtyards, which allow for some decent cross-ventilation (as there's no AC). If you sleep with the windows open, you may benefit from a natural alarm clock in the form of a neighboring mother and daughter, who seemed to begin each morning with very loud arguments -- didn't bother me, and actually found it quite amusing. If the sofa bed gives you pause, don't worry -- I found it very comfortable (I'm 6 feet tall) and slept very well. The shower control was ever-so-slightly tricky to turn off -- you had to find the sweet spot between the overhead rain shower and the hand-held shower for the water to completely stop running/dripping, but managed just fine. Water pressure and temperature were great. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, although I did little more than brewing some coffee each morning. Also, wifi connection was solid, though I always pick up a local SIM while I'm in Paris for a strong cellular connection as well. Already mentioned the convenient location, and you have plenty of grocery stores, boulangerie and patisserie, and other shops close at hand to pick up supplies as needed.
Communication with Ana was flawless -- she's exceptionally responsive and ready to help out with anything. She also provided a great 2-page list of restaurant recommendations throughout the city. Check-in went without a hitch, her friend Germel easy to reach and waiting for me upon arrival. Check-out was also a snap, and my entire stay was all-around wonderful. Again, if you're coming to Paris and looking for a great place to stay, Ana's studio should be at the top of your list! Thanks so much for everything Ana!
Thank you Erik for your amazing words. The think it make me very happy is to know the my guests love my place as I love it.
I will be very happy to have you back any time you wish.
Thank you!
Great stay!
Anna has been very helpful for all of my requests.
The location is excellent, close to many shops, restaurants and sightseeing spots. Yet the room was very quiet, so no disturbed sleep. I recommend!
Thank you Yofuko, I will be very glad to host you any time you wish.
It was a pleasure to have you!
Wonderful location and cozy
This apartment was a wonderful place to stay for my 30 day visit . Great location and so well equipped . The tips left by the host for the surrounding area restaurants and places to see were great . I would definitely stay again . Thanks
Of course you are welcome back again, especially because you take care a lot about owner property.
Suite is as described and in a very convenient location
Suite was clean and in good repair. It was great to have a washer dryer to clean a few clothes too. Location was a great spot to explore from and walking distance to trains, sites, parks, food, and shopping. My only complaint would be that the check-in process was fairly confusing and difficult. There happened to be some road closures surrounding the property on our arrival which unexpectedly delayed us by about an hour and a half. The delay seemed to be rather difficult to explain to the host and the person that the host sent to meet us. It seemed from our correspondence that us not arriving at precisely the time we expected was a serious problem? In any case once we arrived and got the keys everything else was fine and we had quite a wonderful stay!
I am enjoy you like your stay.
Your review will help next guest to choose my place, especially if they want quiet and long term rental.
You are also perfectly right to underline it is absolutely required to respect checkin time (in a rang of 1 hour) because we have also our own personal work (there is no permanent housekeeper).
So transport information and time should be given before 1 week.
And information when leaving airport/railway station should also be given (around 1 hour before arrival).
With good communication, we will understand any delay.
A Perfect stay!
The flat was perfect for my stay. Exactly what the pictures show and more. I was very comfortable the entire stay. I had the pleasure of staying for 43 days. It was amazing. Light and airy with tall ceilings and 4 big windows! the bathroom was large and the kitchen had all the things needed for my stay. It is steps away from Republique Square and the metro. Just a 15 minute walk to Norte Damn and many many sights if you like to walk! The host was fantastic to deal with and very responsive! If I had a question they answered immediately! I can't say enough nice things about the flat. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again soon!
Hi Ben, I am fully enjoy you love your stay. Indeed I am so happy to give opportunity for people to discover Paris in my home, either for short stay or long stay like you did.
You review will help other guest in their choice.
And of course you are welcome back again, just have a look to my calendar.

The apartment is ideally located in a very quite street on the corner of one of the liveliest square in Paris, Place de la République. The place is full of shops, “brasseries” and “terraces de cafè”; a taxi rank is very close, a velib station (bicycle) and one of the main subway station that allows to rapidly reach all the capital’s districts. A few step away you will find the oldest open air market of Paris called “Marché des Enfants Rouges” on Rue de Bretagne, which is loved by Parisians. Marais district, "branché" for its boutiques and its trendy restaurants, its museums, its cultural way ("Musée Picasso" o "Beaubourg"); leave your self carry from this magical atmosphere. It’s worth making a deviation beyond the Place de la République for a drink in the area frequented by young Parisians, who crowd the numerous cafés and restaurants along the Canal Saint Martin, where during the summer you can also make trips on the water. The most obvious charm of this apartment is, in any case, being able to welcome in the tranquility of a zen atmosphere after leaving the crowd, the sightseeing and the shopping. In the apartment you will also find a list of favorites restaurants and place in the neighborhood. Have a nice staying in my loved apartment.
