Christmas fun
Our family of three generations rented this townhouse Christmas week. The owners were very responsive to our questions. They even asked if we would like them to keep up their artificial Christmas tree and other holiday decorations. That was a wonderful surprise for our grandchildren. The townhouse is exactly as described in the pictures and text. The neighborhood was very quiet. In addition to the kitchen items mentioned there was a crock pot (not used) and a large flat electric griddle. The dining room table seats six comfortably. There was good supply of paper products, trash bags, soaps, etc. Both Silverthorne and the subdivision keep the roads and sidewalks well plowed/shoveled. We did not try to put our extra long vehicle in the garage as there was always an outdoor space available. The only minor surprise is the garage is not connected to the townhouse which required a little more effort in unloading and loading "stuff". We skied at Copper Mountain and found the commute to be short and easy.

My wife and I are mostly retired and blessed to live in an extraordinary place. I first discovered Summit County in 1985 while on a ski club trip and knew that someday this would be our home. We enjoy the activities and scenery previously described and occasionally rent out our home for long-term rentals of 30 days.
