Charming property needs some updates and upkeep
This apartment could have been a 5 star property but had some serious problems.
First of all the floor was not clean.
The bedding was inadequate and inappropriate. The top sheet on the beds was really a duvet cover and just didn’t work well.
No soap in bathrooms and no toilet paper. At the price of the apartment one expects these items to be adequately supplied.
The kitchen only had one knife to cook with. Only one small towel in kitchen to clean up with. No paper towels. No extra trash bags. Only one trash container in the whole apartment.
Very tired and torn dining room chairs.
The laundry room and ironing room were messy and unkempt.
It would not take much to bring this wonderful apartment up to snuff. The owners were also absolutely responsive and gracious. I hope they heed some of my suggestions and make this place first class.
Awesome host and great location!
Stayed at this apartment with my wife and two daughters, plenty of room for all of us and the host set is up with a nice breakfast spread to greet us. We were late arriving and the hosts went out of their way to be there to meet us and get properly situated. We really didn’t spend too much time at the place but great location within a few minutes to downtown and the highways to get anywhere you want o go on the island. Highly recommend renting a car if staying here (or anywhere on the island) since there are not a lot of cabs or car services nearby. Parking was convenient and free at a nearby church and although we did park on the road to unload, we enjoyed our daily stroll to the car at the start of each day. There are also lots of stairs in this apartment which did not effect us but should be taken into account if access is an issue. Wonderful host family and we would definitely stay there again if we return to the island! Thank you!

Loved the air conditioning in each room & comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the evenings on the upstairs patio with beautiful views. Taxis were easily accessible with a phone call. Location was on a busy street so don’t try to walk to anything. Never a problem.One of our favorite restaurants is Eduardo which is on the water. Beaches were a taxi ride of 10-20 mins. Boat house great for morning breakfast/ coffee. Our host was very gracious

Mallorca Apartment
From the initial booking, we had such a great experience with this property. Located in “old” Palma, it was a great way to see the whole Island. The roof top patio was a bonus, looking over the Mediterranean. We could watch the ships, sailboats and cruise ships go in and out. Restaurants within wLking distance or public transportation. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Asunnon kattoterassi oikein hyvä! Ja pyörien säilytykseen myös hyvät tilat! Sijainti rauhallinen ja mukava ja hyvät lyhyet bussiyhteydet kaupunkiin. Naapurien koirien räksytys häiritsi ajottain! Myös asunnon yleinen siisteys heikohko, varsinkin kylpyhuoneiden. Toisen vessan viemäri heti heikosti! Viikon asumiseen ihan OK!

Boligen var ikke så fin som bildene gav uttrykk for, men ok ut fra vårt behov. Litt for langt til matbutikk og vi savnet en restaurant i nærheten. Terassen var fin med fin utsikt over Middelhavet.
